Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, in some circumstances we may be able to offer a credit note to be used on some of our other courses. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any refunds once a school club starts.

If sessions are cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, e.g., a school being closed or Covid-related issues, no refund will be offered for missed sessions. If a whole session or sessions are lost, we will endeavour to add an additional week or weeks to cover those in that term if time permits.

 

Behaviour
We reserve the right to ask parents to remove their child from any of our courses due to behaviour. No refund will be due in these instances.
